Jonathan did a great job diagnosing the issue with my shoulder and teaching me a series of exercises to strengthen and stretch the impacted area. (I can now reach for my seatbelt without any pain!) Jonathan is extremely competent, professional and personable. I strongly recommend Mana Physical Therapy for anyone needing physical therapy.

Jonathan Camacaylan is my lymphedema therapist at Mana Physical Therapy. He is absolutely great. He knows his stuff, and is willing to talk about any questions you might have about your condition and his treatment of it. He is also a very good teacher so that you can learn those things you can do for yourself. His staff is very good as well and always looking to get you in if there is a cancellation. Worth the time completely.

Jonathan was superb! My shoulders no longer hug my ears and I can sit up straight. Not only is he a good physical therapist, but a great conversationalist when we had a chance to discuss books. I just want to thank Jonathan and the staff at Mana PT. I had partially torn calf muscles that were painful and I couldn't run. Jonathan started me out with stretches, balance and strengthening exercises. At first easy and as my leg improved the exercises were progressively more difficult. Now I've completed the PT and I'm back running. But I'll continue doing the exercises he gave me. They really make a difference.
And yes, I highly recommend Mana PT. A couple years ago they even helped me get cured from vertigo. Thank you

I have been to Mana Physical Therapy many times for various issues for my neck, shoulder, wrist and back. I am impressed at their depth of knowledge in all areas of the body. They are totally focused on you from beginning to end. They get to know you (which other places may not even ask), look over your chart/x-ray and doctor's report, then they evaluate you using several methods. After that they explain your condition and how they will begin to resolve the issue. They also educate you on how to maintain optimal physical condition after treatment (e.g. posture, correct body positions when moving, etc.) They make sure you are in the best condition before leaving the program always asking detail questions on your status. I always leave with a better understanding on body mechanics and self-preservation as well as a closer friendship.

The team at Mana PT helped me to a successful recovery after two total knee replacement surgeries. Everyone from front desk staff to therapists was kind, caring, but determined to guide and inspire me as far along as I could go each visit, focused on the goals of flexibility, strength and pain reduction. I'd highly recommend them for any post-surgery physical therapy.

My orthopedist sent me to Mana Physical Therapy for a frozen shoulder. I had limited range of motion when I first went and was scheduled for 15 sessions. I worked with Gay and regained full range of motion after 10 or 11 sessions. I continued with 3 more sessions to regain the strength that I had lost. They released me early because I had recuperated so well.

I have been struggling with a painful arthritic knee for about a year. I did daily exercises recommended by a trainer, but my leg continued to get weaker. I had significant quadriceps and gastrocnemius weakness and atrophy. I had great difficulty walking up and down stairs. I started at Mana about 3 months ago and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Jonathan put together challenging but achievable exercises, and they are a pleasure to work with. Their office is easy to work with as well. Today, my last day of therapy, I zipped up and down the stairs to their office. I can't say enough good things about my experience there, and I'm sorry that it's come to an end, as I'm sure they have lots of other worthwhile exercises to continue to help me. But I'm about 1000% better than when I started. Overall, just a great experience!

Disa Gay and staff are great people and very professional. Personable and people oriented. I've been a patient here a few times now, each with the same great service. I was able to openly discuss with Disa my recovery concerns and goals as prescribed by my surgeon. She was able to guide me during my recovery ensuring I was using/performing the proper exercises and techniques to reach my goals. With my PT sessions now finished, I have an at home program and mindset to further complete my recovery. I highly recommend Mana Physical Therapy to reach your recovery goals!! As I did. Mahalo.

My wife worked with Mana to help her avoid surgery on her rotator cuff. No surgery, wonderful increase in range of motion, a specific plan and set of exercises to continue to maintain the strength and flexibility. We highly recommend their care.

Advice and exercise was excellent.

After a fall they had me off a walker, then a cane, cane and walking normal in less than two months. Great team of therapist and office staff.
