Running Movement Assessment

As clinicians we want to optimize our ability to return our patients and clients to their desired sports, including running. Much like swimming or deadlifting, running is a skill — and skills can be refined. That means we can teach our patients ways to adjust their running form to maximize their performance and prevent reinjury.

We help runners set realistic-yet-motivational running goals. It may be as simple as running around with their kids or completing a neighborhood 5K, or as ambitious as competing in a marathon. Returning to running after an injury takes time, patience, consistency, and intentional practice.
